Data Processing Agreements
For advertisers and publishers processing personal data through our platform, we offer a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that reflects GDPR Article 28 requirements. Enterprise clients can request a signed DPA through their account manager.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or transfers to jurisdictions covered by an adequacy decision.
Data Breach Procedures
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay where required by law.
