Yes. Yes. Reviews marked Verified are written by publishers and advertisers from inside their own Zoxi Media dashboard, one per account. Some customers share feedback with us directly on WhatsApp, email or a call instead; we publish those only with their permission, in their own words, and label where they came from.
Any active Zoxi Media publisher or advertiser can rate us. Log in to your dashboard and click Rate Us (advertisers) or open Settings and choose Rate Zoxi Media (publishers).
Reviews are checked before they go live to remove spam, abuse or private information. If we shorten or correct a review for clarity, it is clearly marked as edited. We publish both positive and critical feedback.
